Introduction
Khadmain Sindh Foundation (KSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity by addressing the essential needs of vulnerable communities. Our mission is to provide free water hand pumps, ambulance services, basic healthcare, and education facilities. Without these fundamental services, communities face growing social challenges that make life increasingly burdensome.
The foundation was established by a group of committed young development professionals who came together to work for this noble humanitarian cause. KSF’s primary focus is on the installation of water hand pumps in areas where the health burden is high, poverty is widespread, and awareness about safe drinking water is limited.
The mission of Khadmain Sindh Foundation (KSF) is to provide social services focusing on:

Water Hand Pumps
Clean Water, Healthy Lives:
We install free water hand pumps in rural and marginalized areas, protecting communities from water-borne diseases like cholera and diarrhea
24/7 Ambulance Services
Emergency Support:
Our  ambulance service with no profit, provides life-saving transport for patients and also covers dead body transportation for all, rich or poor.
Education & Health Support
Building a Better Future:
From basic education for children to free medical camps and medicine distribution, we ensure health and knowledge reach those who need it most.
